Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service Excellence:
   
   • Greet members and guests warmly.
   • Provide information about our programs, memberships, and class schedules.
   • Assist with inquiries, registrations, and account management.
   • Handle calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.

1. Sales and Marketing:
   
   • Promote memberships, packages, and special offers.
   • Conduct facility tours and consultations.
   • Convert inquiries into memberships or class registrations.
   • Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain members.

1. Administrative Duties:
   
   • Maintain accurate records using our management software.
   • Process payments, schedule appointments, and manage class bookings.
   • Assist with filing, data entry, and inventory management.

1. Community Engagement:
   
   • Participate in local events and outreach activities.
   • Build relationships with members and foster community spirit.
   • Act as a brand ambassador for Krav Maga Great Lakes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fitness, self-defense, or martial arts.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and office software.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
