Your Krav Maga Fitness regimen will typically feature workouts in three main areas:
Krav Fit Bag
Krav Fit Bag workouts build cardiovascular endurance, speed, and agility. Learn correct technique and body alignment while refining skills through repetition, drills, and combinations on heavy bags. MMA gloves are required.
Krav Fit Ground-n-Pound
Krav Fit Ground-n-Pound is a combination of functional strength training and cardiovascular endurance using Krav Fight techniques on throwing dummies. Learn self-defense techniques while fighting upright and on the ground as you get fit. MMA gloves required.
Krav Focus Mitt
Krav Focus Mitt seeks to increase focused aim and power as the student learns striking combinations, pad holding, and footwork. MMA gloves required.
